1. TAKE A PEAK

Dive into our customizable rental inventory and start heart-ing anything that makes you say “oh yes!” Click the heart icon on your favorite pieces to add them straight to your event wish list.

2. BUILD YOUR WISH LIST

Wishlist building should be fun (and a little addictive). You can view or edit your Wishlist anytime by clicking the heart in the bottom-right corner of our site. Once you’re ready, submit your Wishlist and one of our Llamas will be in touch within 24 hours to review your selections, confirm availability and learn more about your event!

3. LLAMA WANNA KNOW MORE

This is where we really get to know you. On your Wishlist review call, you’ll walk us through your event vision—theme, color story, inspiration, all the juicy details. We’ll also discuss customization options for each item, associated costs, and gather key logistics such as location, timing, and load-in details.

4. DESIGN TIME

Once the design fee is paid and all details are confirmed, our design team gets to work creating a custom rental design deck tailored specifically to your event. This is paired with an itemized quote outlining rentals, customizations, and any add-ons.

5. LET'S CREATE

This is where the magic happens. We build it, paint it, customize it!

6. LLAMAS ON THE MOVE

Our white-glove delivery team delivers and installs your Social Llama Rentals on-site, ensuring everything is perfectly placed and party-ready. We bring the details - and pack the punch.
