FEES
If you request a custom or color-matched paint outside of our standard options, an additional fee will apply.
Special timing or after-hours deliveries may require extra staff and additional fees. If the setup is more difficult than expected (like long walks, stairs, small entrances, or tight elevators), extra fees may also apply.
Orders placed within thirty-one (31) calendar days or one (1) month of the delivery date are subject to a twenty percent (20%) additional rush fee.
If you miss a deadline, a $100 per day fee may be charged
If your order includes items that require vinyl to be applied onsite, an additional fee will apply.
If your rental requires an SLE team member onsite for styling, placement, or oversight beyond standard delivery and installation, an additional onsite fee will apply.
If you’re not ready when we arrive within your scheduled delivery window, we’ll charge a waiting fee for our team’s time
If the delivery location changes after final confirmation, additional fees may apply
If you need to change the delivery date or time after your order is confirmed, it will depend on our availability—we’ll do our best, but can’t guarantee it. If changes are made after full payment, additional fees will apply
